Jason and Dakota are more than hard working and reliable. They are perfectionists. My lanai which is 2 years old was sealed with excessive sand that unfortunately turned black. The seal made it even harder to clean but Wash-it.pro was able to lift the mildew with lots of extra effort. The price was very reasonable and without a doubt, well worth NOT doing it yourself!
